Festa della Liberazione

On Saturday 25th April 2026 the Italian Armed Forces association shall be holding a wreath laying ceremony at the Unity Monument at Payneham Cemetery at 10.00am.

It will honour the Italians who lost their lives in the pursuit of democracy and also pay tribute to the ANZACs. The service will be simple and respectful, lasting around 30-40 minutes, with coffee being served afterwards

All attendees are welcome to bring their own flowers or tribute to lay at the monument.
